The second of three Scoop The Loop events this summer will take place Saturday in Stuart. Organizer Bob Cook says the first event in June was the best they’ve ever had, but says he hopes they can top it with Saturday’s event. “We hope it’s gonna be as good. It’s always weather dependent. We have a DJ playing music downtown, we’re promoting heavily and the car clubs are aware. We have a salute to veterans, though it’s not going to be a huge, outlandish thing. We have flags and our DJ will play some music appropriate to honor the military branches.”
