Benjamin Cronin of 24050 Coyote Ridge Ct., Van Meter reported identity theft.

Ruth Walz of Adel was traveling in the 19000 block of Old Highway 6 when she attempted to turn left into a field entrance and was struck by a vehicle driven by Zachary Sloter of Boone.  No injuries reported.  Damage to Walz’s vehicle estimated at $5000.00 and $10000.00 to Sloter’s.  Sloter was issued a written warning for passing contrary to markings or signs.

Angela Johnston of Dallas Center was traveling in the 27000 block of Highway 44 when her vehicle struck a deer.  No injuries reported.  Damage to the vehicle estimated at $2000.00.
