The Adel DeSoto Minburn Community School District Board of Education will hold their July meeting Monday.

Items on the agenda include discussion on the design development for the Minburn roof replacement project, along with setting a public hearing and advertising for bid for the project.  The Board will also consider several change orders for the Adel Elementary, DeSoto Intermediate, middle and high school and district office relocation projects.

District depositories for the upcoming school year will then be selected, along with consideration of a market factor pay resolution, approval of rental fees for the Adel Parks and Recreation Department, discussion on facility usage guidelines and repairs to Tiger Drive.

The Board will then hear an athletic master planning update, discuss goals for the 2015-2016 school year and enter into a closed session to discuss an employment matter.

The meeting takes place at 6pm in the District’s board room in Adel.
