Perry Police are investigating an incident that occurred with a male juvenile on Friday night.

According to the police report, at 6:40pm, officers responded to a call that a minor was pointing a gun at another minor on William Street.

Officers and a Dallas County Deputy apprehended a juvenile that matched the description in the 800 block of William Street. During the investigation, no weapons were found on the minor.

The individual was released to his parents and is charged with interference with official acts.

The incident remains under investigation by the Perry Police Department.
