The Jefferson Public Library has rescheduled a free computer class for more people to join.
The class will focus on how to use Google Chrome. It will cover several topics such as how the Google Chrome operating system differs from other computers, how an app differs from a program and exploring the Cloud. Other topics include internet safety, computer maintenance, Facebook, changing passwords for protection, downloading information safely and shopping online responsibly.
Participants are asked to install Google Chrome onto your computer, set up a gmail account and remember your password to access your account before you come to the class.
The six-week class will be on Mondays from 6 to 8pm beginning on June 29th. Space is limited, so call the library at 386-2835 to sign up.
