The Perry City Council will meet in regular session Monday.
Items on the agenda include a public hearing in regards to the disposal of public property to give the old middle school grounds to Newbury Living, along with resolutions in regards to an amendment to the purchase agreement with Hamlin Bell Associates and a cross access and joint use agreement with Hamlin Bell Associates.
The Council will then consider a request to forgive excessive sewer charges, approve a resolution amending the wage resolution for fiscal year 2016, approve the teamsters union agreement and an agreement with the local AFSCME union.
An addition to the Perry volunteer fire department will then be considered, along with setting a time and place for the July Council meetings and a contract for the City Administrator position.
The meeting takes place at 6pm in the Clarion room of the Security Bank Building.
