The combined girls soccer team of West Central Valley, Nodaway Valley and Adair-Casey will begin postseason play tomorrow night, against Creston, in Greenfield. They Valley girls are on a seven match winning streak and finish the regular season with a record of 12-2. That includes a 3-0 victory at Creston back on April 9th. Creston finishes the regular season with just a pair of wins next to 13 losses. Valley girls head coach Mike Krawczyk says he likes the postseason draw his team got. “For the first round, yeah. They took us out of district this year and put us in Nevada’s district. I feel like they’re the team to beat in the district to go to state. They went to state last year. They’re on the top half of the bracket. But Creston won’t exactly be easy.”
Tomorrow’s game is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. at the Nodaway Valley soccer fields.
