Three Jefferson residents have pled not guilty to charges from March.
According to court documents, 51 year-old Jerry Dean Barker pled not guilty to two Class D Felonies for possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and an aggravated misdemeanor for possession of a schedule II drug. 42 year-old Tamara Kay Arnold also pled not guilty to two Class D Felonies for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and aiding and abetting a known felon in possession of a firearm and a serious misdemeanor for possession of prescription drugs. 19 year-old Stephen Arthur Molle pled not guilty to misdemeanors for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Charges stem from when Jefferson Police officers executed a search warrant on March 4th of a home in the 200 block of South Oak Street. Officers recovered marijuana, drug paraphernalia, guns, cash and prescription drugs.
Barker and Arnold each have their hearings on May 22nd and Molle’s pre-trial hearing is scheduled for June 26th.
