A deputy was dispatched to a one vehicle accident involving a goose flying into the windshield of a pickup truck in the 200 block of 250th Street, near Dunbar Slough. A 2006 Ford F-250 truck being driven by Branden Gerrick Smith 39, of Coon Rapids was driving on County Road E-53, when an adult goose struck and broke his windshield. Smith was not injured in the accident.

A deputy spoke with a Scranton resident about a possible Craig’s List scam.

A deputy was dispatched to the 500 block of Lincoln Street in Scranton to speak with a resident about a noise concern involving his loud car exhaust.

A deputy picked up a wanted male subject that was arrested by the Boone Police Department  and transported him back to the Greene County Law Enforcement Center on a Greene County warrant.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
