Joseph Carl Hays, age 33 of 526 48th St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of theft and driving while barred.
Nicole Nau of De Soto was stopped at the stop sign on Walnut St., De Soto when she was struck in the front end of her vehicle by a vehicle driven by Kirk Wicks of De Soto. Wicks was traveling south on Guthrie when his vehicle stalled and he lost his power steering striking Nau’s vehicle while turning left onto Walnut St. No injuries reported. Damage to Nau’s vehicle estimated at $1000.00 and $400.00 to Wick’s vehicle.
Cecilia Haubrich of 1007 Dove Ave., Manning reported the theft of tires from a residence she owns in Bouton.
