The Perry City Council will meet in regular session tonight.
There will be two public hearings on the 2015 fiscal year budget amendments and a perpetual easement on Block 33 with resolutions approving both items following the hearings.
Other items the Council will consider for approval include a change order, a pay request and a certificate of completion for the 18th Street reconstruction project; authorizing permanent transfer for Tax Increment Financing to the sewer operating fund; a resolution setting cost of machinery and labor for Nuisance Abatements and other uses; a resolution to allow livestock at 1812 Jones Street; and possible action on a request to waive all permit fees for the Perry Elementary parking lot project.
The Council will also consider a third reading in its rental code.
The Council will then adjourn for a Conservation Board meeting and then reconvene at 7pm for a public hearing for input regarding various options, routes and plans for the trail connector from the Raccoon River Valley Trail to the High Trestle Trail.
The meeting will be in the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building at 5pm.
