Guthrie County residents interested in showing horses at the County or State Fair must attend at least three workshops total. Guthrie County Extension Coordinator Vicki Frohling says that helmets are mandatory for all riders who the attend workshops at the Fairgrounds on May 23rd, June 6th, June 18th, July 16, July 18 and August 6th.
