Congressman David Young says he enjoys being home from Washington D.C. on congressional recess. Young says he likes to breathe the clean country air and he especially likes meeting and talking to his constituents at any venue imaginable. “Visiting manufacturing plants. I was down at Cardinal outside of Greenfield. Green Plains Renewable Energy in Shenandoah. Lots of schools. I like to talk to junior and senior classes and answer their questions. Those students that are in government classes and talk about civics. I like to go to elementary schools and read them a book called House Mouse, Senate Mouse. I really like being in schools.”
