The combined girls soccer of West Central Valley, Nodaway Valley and Adair-Casey is heading into Saturday’s Stuart Tournament with a 5-1 record and a two match winning streak. The four team tournament will feature the Valley girls along with Avoca, Oskaloosa and Indianola. Valley girls head coach Mike Krawzyk says he finds one of those teams to be especially worrisome. “The one that worries me the worst is Indianola. We have beaten them in the past, I think three years ago we beat them to go to the regional final. They’re usually a well coached team and have some great athletes.”

The Valley girls will play Avoca in the first round of the tournament Saturday morning at 10:00 in Stuart.
