As previously reported, a bill to legalize medical marijuana recently passed in the Iowa Senate. State Representative Clel Baudler believes that bill has little chance of passing in the State House. Baudler believes that there is a political agenda behind the push for medical marijuana. Baudler says it’s a gradual step to eventually legalize recreational marijuana in Iowa. “I think any state that goes for medical marijuana for all of these ‘illnesses, diseases’, have an agenda to legalize it for recreational use.”
