The Perry City Council will meet in regular session this afternoon.
Items on the agenda include a mayoral proclamation for Arbor Day on April 24th, a public hearing in regards to the rezoning of annexed property, consideration of a resolution supporting the proposed development by Bear Development for a workforce housing tax credit and consideration of an amendment to the Neighborhood Stabilization Grant with Region XII.
The Council will then discuss and possibly take action on the North Street project as it relates to the Raccoon River Valley Trail to High Trestle Trail connection and make an appointment to the Water Works Board of Trustees.
Finally, the first reading of ordinances in regards to the rental code and official zoning map will be considered.
The meeting takes place at 4pm in the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building.
