The Jefferson City Council will meet tonight.

The Council will consider for approval a resolution for a 2015 amendment to the Jefferson Urban Renewal Area following a public hearing; a resolution for a development agreement with the Jefferson Hotel Group, LLC following a public hearing; a resolution awarding the contract for the 2015 water and sanitary sewer improvements following a public hearing; reviewing the City’s insurance policy; and making the final payment to J&K Contracting, LLC for the completed work on the 2014 water and sanitary improvements.

The Council is expected to set a public hearing and informational meeting for the acquisition of property for the expansion of Runway 14/32 for the City-owned airport.

A Jefferson Matters: Main Street quarterly workshop will conclude the meeting.

It will be at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
