A deputy was dispatched to the 300 block of Howard Street in Rippey to try and locate a reported dog running at large. The dog was not found at that time.

A deputy was dispatched to 11th and Howard Street in Grand Junction to check the status of a vehicle reported to be abandoned on the roadway. The vehicle had been removed from the roadway upon the deputy’s arrival.

A deputy initiated a traffic stop for speeding on 175th Street, just west of Highway 144, and after an investigation by the deputy, Joseph Robert Hupp 22, of rural Scranton, was subsequently arrested for OWI 1st Offense.

In all case when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
