The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office has notified us of another local entry on the Iowa Sex Offender Registry.
According to the release, Richard Lynn Fazel of 22980 141st Street, Room 34 in Bouton is a member of the state registry. This is the result of a 2011 conviction of possession of child pornography.
As always, these notifications aim to serve as a means for the public to protect themselves and any action taken against this person can result in arrest and prosecution.
