The Stuart City Council will meet tonight in regular session.  Items of discussion include approving an urban renewal plan for the city. The city will also set a public hearing date for the proposed budget. Additional items including city insurance renewal, an update from Stuart Rescue, amending the city code will be discussed as well. The meeting begins at 6:30 pm tonight inside of the Stuart Council Chambers.
