The Teacher Mentor program at Panorama Schools aims to assist teachers in whatever they need help with, as part of the Teacher Leadership Program. The two mentors in the district can help teachers with things as simple as understanding daily procedures, or as complex as learning a new teaching strategy. The mentors often observe teachers in gathering data to later share with the teachers in both a formal or informal context.
