The West Central Valley basketball teams will be having their Pink Night tonight in an effort to raise money for two area cancer-fighting organizations. District Activity Director Tod Broman says both the Guthrie County Relay for Life, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society will benefit tonight, “They’ll have a bucket run during half time to help raise money for the Relay For Life. In addition, we’ll be raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society by giving people the option to pledge an amount of money for each three pointer our players make tonight.”
Tonight’s cancer fighting events start at 6 pm at West Central Valley High School in Stuart.
