Visiting Nurse Services of Iowa will once again be in Jefferson to help those to enroll in the health insurance marketplace.

It will be at the Greene County ISU Extension office in Jefferson from 10am-4pm on Tuesday, January 27th.  Professionally trained and licensed navigators will be on hand to serve as resources to help you enroll in the program.

Scheduling an appointment is strongly recommended and the process will take about an hour to complete.  Walk-ins may be helped that day, but those may have to reschedule.

Interested individuals must bring with them social security cards, birth dates, employer and income information for everyone person in the household needing coverage, police numbers for any current health insurance plans if possible and any health insurance information from your employer.

The enrollment process is open until February 15th.
