Tesfaye Negussie of Perry was traveling in the 13000 block of I Court when his vehicle was unable to stop behind a vehicle driven by Pout Malual Ayiek Malual of Des Moines.  No injuries reported. Damage to Malual’s vehicle estimated at $800.00 and $6000.00 to Negussie’s.  Negussie was cited for failure to stop in assured distance.
