Time is running out to sign up and be part of the 18th Annual Lighted Christmas Parade in Perry.
Taking place, as always, on Black Friday, Bob Wilson with the Perry Area Chamber of Commerce says everyone is invited to participate.
“It’s just a great way to kick off the holiday season. It’s a nice reunion for family members, maybe if your family is in from out of town. Come downtown it’s really neat.”
Parade line up starts at 6pm Friday on the corner of Second and Otley. The route will travel east on Otley to 3rd Street before heading north to Pattee Street and then South on 2nd Street and back to the starting point.
The top three floats will receive Perry Bucks from Alliant Energy.
