The seven mile mile stretch of road known as either Dexter Rd, or 310th St, depending on where you are on it, has been re-opened to local traffic. Two of the three layers of asphalt have been laid, the third will have to wait until spring due to the unseasonably wintry weather we have gotten. In the meantime, the barricades will be removed and local traffic, school buses and emergency vehicles will be able to travel the road. Dallas County snowplows will perform snow removal on the road through the winter.
