The Guthrie Center boys basketball team won just 2 games last year. New coach, Zack Leeper, a former college All-American is used to having success on the court, and believes that winning more games will take care of itself with setting achievement goals and working hard in practice, “I think if we take care of the goals we have for ourselves, then wins and losses will play out the way we want them to.”
The boys began practice this week, and will see their first action at a jamboree at Elkhorn-Kimballton next Tuesday night, facing off for half a game against Audubon.
