ADM Volleyball had its end-of-the-season banquet Tuesday night at the high school, during which team awards were given out. All five awards were determined by player voting.
MVP went to senior Marissa Felt, who lead the Tigers with 450 assists and was tied for the team lead with 39 aces. The Offensive Player of the Year went to senior Kari Dufoe, who paced ADM with 248 kills and etched her name in the school record books with a 95.7 serving percentage this past season, third best in team history.
Freshman libero Jordan Hook was named Defensive Player of the Year. She lead ADM with 205 digs despite playing in just 44 of the Tigers’ 93 sets, good for 4.66 digs per set, which ranked sixth in Class 4A.
Rounding out the award winners were senior Kenzi Sutton, who was named Most Improved, and sophomore Syndey Bertman, who was given the Tiger Pride award, which is awarded to “someone who works hard, stays positive, pushes others, is kind to others and is an excellent teammate,” according to head coach Mary Beth Scott.
