4-H’ers, leaders, parents, and guests attending the annual Adair County 4-H Awards Day on Sunday will have a chance to participate in an organized service project. As people arrive at the Warren Cultural Center for the 2:00 p.m. program they can stop at a special table to write messages and sign holiday cards for active service people and veterans. Adair County 4-H’er, Hank Bohling is leading this effort. Awards Day attendees can bring a box of holiday cards and envelopes to donate to the project or simply sign the cards available. Community members interested in supporting this project, but who can’t attend the Awards Day program, can drop holiday cards off at the Adair County Extension Office, 154 Public Square in Greenfield, before Saturday, November 29th
