The Guthrie Center Downtown Enhancement Committee will meet tomorrow at Noon inside of the City Clerk’s office for a special meeting. At the meeting, two properties will be discussed, Guthrie County State Bank, and Tom Rutledge will appear on behalf of the La Villa facade. The City of Guthrie Center reports that this week’s mild weather has been helpful in letting construction crews make good progress on the downtown facade project, which is expected to be finished by the end of the year.
