The Perry City Council will meet in regular session tonight.
Items on the agenda include a change order for the HVAC improvements at the public safety building, pay requests for that project and the 18th Street reconstruction project and acceptance of an Iowa Department of Natural Resources REAP grant.
The Council will then consider an Urban Renewal Loan application for Mandarin Café, approve a memorandum of understanding with the water works department and appoint members to the Metro Advisor Council and Greater Des Moines Convention and Visitor’s Bureau.
Ordinances on the agenda include the 1st reading of one on wind energy conversion systems regulations, 1st reading for an agricultural district conditional use ordinance and an amendment to the board of adjustment powers and duties ordinance.
The meeting takes place at 6pm in the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building.
