A deputy was advised that a phone call was placed to an elderly female in the 1900 block of E Avenue asking that she buy a $1500 money card and the caller would come to her residence and pick it up. She and others realized that this was a phone scam and did not comply with the callers wishes.

A deputy spoke with a resident in the 400 block of 9th Street South in Grand Junction about a civil family issue.

A deputy spoke with the owner of a building on Main Street in Grand Junction that had the lock pried from the door. The owner determined that nothing was taken from the building.

A deputy was dispatched to the 700 block of Main Street in Scranton to help mediate a family civil altercation.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
