The number of students in the Perry School District only changed slightly this fall.
According to Superintendent Lynn Ubben, the district’s certified enrollment for October is 1,834 students. That’s down two from this time last year.
Ubben says the largest class in the district is 9th grade with 162 students, followed by the 7th grade with 157 students.
Overall, Ubben says enrollment in Perry has been “pretty stable” over the last 10-12 years.
