A deputy was advised of a reported alarm activation at the Peoples Trust and Savings Bank in Grand Junction. The bank was found to be secure.

A deputy was not in position to locate a careless driver eastbound on Highway 30 from Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
