Perry Swimmers competed in the Lonny Kerman Polar Bear Invitational at DM North on Saturday.  Storm Lake was 1^st with 279 points, Algona 2^nd 206, host North 190, followed by DM Hoover 115, Oskaloosa 114 and Perry with 108 points. It is very unusual for so many teams to be so close in the final point totals.

200 Medley Relay            Haley Vaughn, Breanna Penenger, Haileigh Kenyon, Vivian Gonzalez 5^th place, scoring 20 points, with a season best relay time

200 Freestyle:   Haileigh Kenyon 3^rd place medal scoring 12 points

50 Freestyle Vivian Gonzalez 10^th place points, Haley Vaughn 4th place ribbon, scoring 11 points, having a personal best high school time.

100 Butterfly Haley Vaughn 3^rd place medal scoring 12 points

500 Freestyle Breanna Penenger, 3^rd place medal scoring 12 points

200 Freestyle Relay, Haileigh Kenyon, Vivian Gonzalez, Breanna Penenger, Haley Vaughn, 4^th place ribbon, scoring 22 points, with a season best time.

100 Backstroke Vivian Gonzalez scored 7 points with her 7^th place finish.
