8:09 am      Guthrie Co Sheriff took a complaint stemming from a traffic stop earlier in the week.

 

9:26am       Guthrie Center Police were called to Sparky’s to pick up a copy of the video tape from September 19, 2014

 

10:31am     911 abandoned call

 

12:03pm     Panora Ambulance responded to a medical call in Yale

 

12:08pm     Stuart Rescue responded to a medical call at the Casey’s parking lot for a man on a bicycle who ran into a semi. Stuart Police assisted.

 

1:18pm       Stuart Police responded to the report of a fight on SW 5th Street

 

1:36pm       Stuart Police responded to a call about a young man sitting on the railing of the overpass at the Stuart exit.  Des Moines Police transported the man back to Polk County on a Committal Warrant

 

4:31pm       911 abandoned call

 

4:33pm       Medical call for Dallas Co     transferred

 

8:04pm       Report of stolen property from Walnut Trail Guthrie County Deputy is investigating

 

9-23-14

 

2:21am       Guthrie Co Deputy responded to a car / cow accident south of Guthrie Center on Hwy 25. The cow was injured and had to be put down by the deputy. No injuries to the driver

 

10:00am     Guthrie Co Deputy investigated car/cow accident and removed the green tag from the cow’s ear to verify the owner

 

2:17pm       Guthrie Co Deputy assisted Panora PD

 

2:57pm       Guthrie Co Deputy investigating drug Paraphernalia found in Bayard

 

6:29pm       Guthrie County Deputy removed debris on Wagon Ave

 

6:31 pm      Guthrie Co Deputy investigating stolen property from Walnut Trail

 

8:12 pm      Guthrie Co Deputy investigated a possible rental scam in Bagley

7:18am       Guthrie Co Deputy investigating a suspicious person on Hwy 4 going door to door claiming to be with Dish Network

 

10:30 pm    Chief Deputy investigating a harassment case in Bayard

 

10:42 pm    Traffic stop by Panora Police behind Ben Franklin’s

 

1:07 pm      Stuart Police investigated a report of stolen laundry soap from Division Street Village

 

1:51 pm      Guthrie Co Sheriff investigated a report of loud motorcycles driving in the right of way west of Panora. He spoke with them and advised them that they could not ride there. They went to another location.

 

2:00 pm      Guthrie Co Deputy assisting DHS with an abuse case

 

2:10 pm      Guthrie Co Deputy took a complaint on a possible phone scam

 

4:52 pm      Guthrie Co Deputy spoke with a complainant who reported that someone has been flying over his house taking pictures of his farm and then they come to his door and try to get him to buy the picture. He stated that he has had an altercation with them before. Deputy advised him to let the people know that he isn’t interested if they come back again.

 

6:33 pm      Stuart Rescue responded to the Stuart Elementary School to treat an injured juvenile

 

6:37 pm      Stuart Police responded to the Stuart Elementary School to investigate a fight between juveniles

 

8:08 pm      Medical call for allergic reaction to a mosquito bite in Redfield. Transferred to Dallas Co

 

8:32 pm      Guthrie Co Deputy followed up with victim from car/cow accident

 

11:47 pm    Panora Fire Department was paged to a residential fire alarm in Panora.  It was a false alarm

2:29 am      Panora Ambulance responded to a medical call at Lake Side Village

 

6:38 am      Chief Deputy and Lake Security responded to a burglar alarm at The Port.

 

10:13 am    Panora Ambulance responded to NE 2nd St, Panora on a lift assist call

 

2:46 pm      Guthrie Center Police assisted DHS with a home visit

 

2:55 pm      Traffic stop by Chief Deputy Hwy 44 / A Avenue

 

4:32 pm      Guthrie Co Deputy responded to an assistance call in Bayard.

 

–         While en route to Bayard the deputy was called to a car accident on

Hwy 141 between Herndon and Jamaica. A car had gone into the north ditch. The car was driven out of the ditch and had left the scene before the deputy arrived

 

4:53 pm      Panora Police responded to a driving complaint on W Market St

 

6:20 pm      Traffic stop by Guthrie Co Deputy – N Main St, Stuart

 

6:33 pm      Stuart Rescue, Stuart Police and Guthrie Co Deputy were called to the McDonald’s parking lot for a disoriented woman. The woman was intoxicated.

She and a male were taking into custody and taken to the Adair Co jail

2:20 pm      Stuart Police secured a purse that was left at McDonalds. They made contact with the owner

6:36 pm      Bayard Fire /Rescue and Panora Ambulance responded to a two vehicle accident on Hwy 25 / 330th in Greene Co. Coon Rapids Fire was also called for the jaws.

12:29 pm    Report of a dog biting a horse in Redfield. The information was turned over to Environmental Health Office

 

12:33          Guthrie Center Police responded to a family situation on Oak Street

 

1:45 pm      Cell 911 call reporting a female passed out and disoriented. Female came to before the call ended. Caller stated that she did not want an ambulance.

 

2:32 pm      Guthrie Co Chief Deputy responded to a driving complaint in Casey

 

3:38 pm      erratic driving complaint north bound Hwy 4-headed toward Greene Co. Information was given to them

 

6:41 pm      Panora Police and Guthrie Co Deputy responded to a family situation on E Lane
