United States Senator Charles Grassley will be visiting Jefferson today.

Deputy Press Secretary Kristine Ahlfield says Grassley will be at the Greene County Community Center today from 3:30-4:30pm.  He will hold a town hall meeting where he will tell the attendees about the latest happenings in the US Senate and other federal government policies.

It is the last stop of the day as part of his 99-county trip around the state.  He will be making a stop in Denison prior to visiting Jefferson.

He will field questions from the public following his initial presentation.

Grassley has held a town hall meeting in every county, every year since he was elected to the US Senate.
