A new redemption center has opened in Fontanelle as of August 13th and it is filling a need as well as giving the owner something to do.

The Twin Oaks Redemption Center is located on 5th Street behind Twin Oaks Custom Log Business. Owners, Jim and Jamie Hansom moved to Fontanelle with their family from Diagonal and look forward to serving the community. Mrs. Hansom works at Greenfield Manor.

A nickle will be paid for cans that are counted and sorted, however if they are not than four cents will be paid. Glass bottles need to be in original containers.

Twin Oaks Redemption Center hours of operation are Wednesday through Friday from 10 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 12 pm to 4 pm.
