The Greene County School Board of Directors will meet tonight.

The Board will discuss playground equipment with the Greene County Early Learning Center, 2014-15 diesel bids, the 2013-14 treasurer’s report, the strength and conditioning coach’s job description and hear a Shive Hattery presentation.

The Board will also consider approving the fall sports officials, a sports sharing agreement with Paton-Churdan School District, Project Lead the Way agreement, recommendations by the school improvement advisory committee, renewal of sports medicine contract with 21st Century Rehab, C-Plan details and fundraiser requests for the school year.

Plus, the Board will discuss options for the student housing project and construction class going forward and they will hold a public hearing for the instructional support levy and are expected to approve a resolution in favor of it following the hearing.

There will also be appointments made to the district’s legal counsel and the office of treasurer and secretary.

The meeting will be at the conference room of the Greene County Schools Administration Building (formerly the South Grade Building) at 5:15pm and the public is invited to attend.
