Governor Terry Branstad and Lieutenant Governor Kim Reynolds made a stop at Mary J. Barnett Library on Wednesday for their ‘Building Iowa’s Future’ tour and it was a success according to staff member, Barb Black.
Barb also commented on the summer reading program which was a huge success as well. A total of 11,922 hours were read in four weeks and they had 26 readers ranging from Kindergarten to the 6th grade.
