For a second consecutive year, Jefferson Telecom has teamed up with Adopt-A-Family to provide the school supplies drive for area children.

Marketing Director Jody Schulte says items that can be dropped off to their office location are new backpacks, number two pencils, red, blue and black ink pens, glue sticks, wide-ruled spiral notebooks, loose-leaf wide-ruled paper, a box of 16 count crayons and washable markers.

She points out that supplies should be dropped off by August 1st and those materials will be given to the Greene County Adopt-A-Family organization to be given to area children who are in need of back-to-school supplies.
