The Jefferson City Council will meet tonight.

The Council will hold a public hearing for the sale of property at 206 South High Street and are expected to approve a resolution of the sale following the hearing.

The Council will also consider a $2,000 reimbursement payment for demolition costs to remove a house and garage at 600 South Maple Street from the City’s Neighborhood Incentive Improvement Program.

An engineer’s agreement to extend water and sewer services to Wild Rose Jefferson LLC will also be considered.

The Council will hear an update of the Jefferson Matters: Main Street program as well.

The meeting will be at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
