A deputy checked a dog running at large near 19th and Sandoe streets in Grand Junction. The deputy was not able to capture the dog at that time.

A deputy checked a reported unoccupied vehicle with its flashers activated on Highway 30 near E Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all  defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
