The Adel Family Aquatic Center is set to officially open up for the season this weekend.
Located at 1800 South 15th Street, the pool will be open daily starting Saturday from 12:30pm to 5pm and again from 6-8pm, except the majority of weekdays in June when there are swim lessons.
Daily admission is $5 for residents and $6 for non-residents, or you can buy a daily family pass for up to five members at $15 for residents and $20 for non-residents. Evening session passes are also available for $4 each.
Those planning to frequent the aquatic center can also save money by purchasing a season pass. The cost is $65 for residents and $85 for non-residents or you can pick up a family pass for $140 or $175 respectively.
The pool will close if the weather falls below 65 degrees, if there are less than 25 people in the pool for an extended period of time, when lightning strikes or there are safety hazards.
