The Jefferson City Council will meet tonight.

The Council will consider for approval the purchase agreement for the property at 506 East Clark Street, a technical service agreement with Region XII for inspection services at 507 South Locust Street and paying $171,352.61 to King Construction for the water main improvement project for Hy-Vee, Incorporated.

The Council will also consider the first readings to adjust the ordinances for water and sewer service rates by three percent each and setting a public hearing for an amendment to the 2013-14 fiscal year budget.

The meeting will be at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
