The Adel City Council will meet in regular session this evening.
The agenda starts with four public hearings… the first is in regards to a proposed budget amendment for the 2014 fiscal year, followed by a real estate conveyance agreement with T & L Enterprises in regards to a land swap and relocation.
Citizens can then weigh in on a proposed 28E agreement with Dallas County for public education, site selection, acquisition and preparation of a county administrative building site. The final public hearing is in regards to the urban revitalization plan and residential tax abatement program.
Other notable items on the agenda include sale of $650,000 in general obligation capital loans, and consideration of a branding proposal.
The meeting begins at 6pm at the Adel City Hall.
