The Perry School Board will hold their regular monthly meeting tonight.

Items on the agenda include a report from elementary literacy coach Robin Koskovich, an update on the art collection at the high school and approval of revisions to board policies.

The Perry Education Association salary roster will then be considered with a 4.5 percent increase, along with the tentative master contract agreement with the Perry Support Staff Association which provides step movement per contract and single insurance to staff at or above 30 contract hours per week  This will cost the district an additional 19.74 percent.

The Board will then approve contracts for administrators and other employees, the proposed salary adjustment is a 4.5 percent increase.  This year is the first time such salaries have been reviewed since the 10% across the board cut in the fall of 2009.

School fundraisers for the upcoming year will then be considered, along with the National SkillsUSA trip to Kansas City next month, meal and milk price increases for 2014-2015 and personnel changes.

The meeting takes place at 6:30pm in the Brady Library at Perry High School.
