A reminder to Guthrie County residents, especially you bird lovers… the Guthrie County Conservation Board’s “Breakfast with the Birds” program is being held tomorrow.
It’s going to be a busy day in the Panora area with numerous events ongoing such as the Market to Market Relay, but before all of those get underway, “Breakfast with the Birds” starts bright and early. Participants will meet at Nations Bridge Park starting at 6:30 tomorrow morning.
A continental breakfast will be served to begin the event and a bird watch and hike through the park will follow. Conservation Board Natural Resource Manager Brad Halterman recommends area residents bring their binoculars and bird field guides with them on the hike.
To register for the event, call the Guthrie County Conservation Board Office today at 641-755-3061.
