Rickey Allen Roberts, age 41 of 115 NW 6th St., Earlham was arrested on a warrant for forgery and theft.
Rene Sanchez-Ortiz, age 50 of 1115 Funk St., Webster City, Ia., was arrested at the 113mm of Interstate 80 for possession of a controlled substance, no driver’s license and open container.
Chase Matthew Berger, age 18 of 604 NW 10th Circle, Grimes was arrested in the 30000 block of Highway 44 for possession of a controlled substance.
Diana Lynn Merical, age 46 of 103 W 4th St., Casey was arrested at State St and Old Highway 6 for driving while suspended.
Shelby Johnson of Dallas Center was traveling west on Highway 44 when her vehicle was struck by a vehicle driven by Paul Uhl of Dallas Center. Uhl was south bound on T Ave., waiting to turn to east on Highway 44 when he entered the roadway and struck Johnson’s vehicle. No injuries reported. Damage to Johnson’s vehicle estimated at $4000.00 and $1000.00 to Uhl’s.
Derek Gadbaw of Earlham reported that someone had cut off his catalytic converter to his 1995 Jeep while parked at the Earlham Park and Ride off Interstate 80.

Jenny Lee Marie Fink, age 30 of 2401 Rocklyn Dr., Urbandale was cited and released at Grant and State St., Dexter for driving under suspension.
