The Dallas County Hospital Board of Trustees held their regular April meeting last week.

The hospital will celebrate Nurse’s Week May 4^th through the 10^th with a theme of 100 Years of Caring – Nurses Leading the Way and the DAISY Award winner will be announced during an all employee celebration on May 5^th.

Also that week the hospital will welcome the DMACC Health Occupations students as they are recognized with a graduation celebration on May 8^th.

It was also reported that the third and fourth Walk with Ease classes started earlier this month and 27 people participated, including new attendees from Redfield, Adel and Woodward.

The board’s next meeting takes place June 26^th.
